This piece was a custom order. The customer wanted to have something that represents family, extended family, friends, daughters (3), the outdoors and Love. I figured a tree is the perfect representation of that.
The tree has three legs which represent the three daughters. The Tree itself represents the fruitition of the love shared. friends are represented by the small plants surrounding the tree. The tree lies on a rock, which represents structure, foundation and the dents in it represents the challenges. The moss that grew on it represents time. Extended family is in the branches and the leaves.
Customer was really happy with this piece.
