Original Collaborative Art – Ink and soft pastels – Abstract

Representation of a kangaroo created in collaboration with my son diagnosed on the spectrum of autism. This piece was done when he was around 8 years of age. The creation process of collaborative art is simple. First of all, I ask my son what animal he would like us to represent. Afterwards, I draw the head of the so-called animal and then pass the notebook to my son. He completes the drawing with the body and the background. Then we take out the dry pastels and do the coloring together.

Représentation d’un kangourou créé en collaboration avec mon fils diagnostiqué sur le spectre de l’autisme. Cette pièce a été faite quand il avait environ 8 ans. Le processus de creation de l’art collaboratif est simple. Tout d’abord, je demandes à mon fils quel animal il aimerait qu’on représente. Par la suite, je dessine la tête du dit animal pour ensuite passer le cahier à mon fils. Il complèete le dessin avec le corps et l’arrière plan. Ensuite nous sortons les pastels secs et procédons à la coloration ensemble.
